Team building and training with Formamentis: growing together

In October 2024, the Martec team participated in three days of training and team building organized by Formamentis. The initiative, held in a dynamic and stimulating context, was designed to strengthen internal cohesion, improve communication between departments, and enhance the transversal skills of the staff.

During the event, participants took part in thematic workshops, practical exercises, and moments of discussion. The activities encouraged collaboration, active listening, and group problem-solving, with the aim of enhancing the contribution of each individual resource.

We believe that investing in people is the true driver of innovation. These days represented a concrete opportunity to grow as a team, stimulate new ideas, and create an increasingly inclusive, open, and goal-oriented work environment.
